Caitlyn Boer

Caitlyn has joined Empower Wealth as an Associate Broker in the Mortgage Broking team. She aspires to progress through the exclusive Empower Wealth Mortgage Broking Academy to become a Mortgage Lending Advisor in the future.

Originally born in Victoria, Caitlyn lived in Sydney for 14 years before moving back to Melbourne at the end of 2019.

Caitlyn has been exposed to the finance and mortgage broking world from a young age. Having graduated from Peninsula Grammar with numerous academic accolades, including the Honour Roll for her General Mathematics work, she quickly realized that numbers and strategic thinking are her strengths. Her passion lies in understanding how property investment and home ownership can empower individuals to achieve long-term financial independence, and she is eager to assist customers on their journey to financial freedom.

In addition to her analytical skills, Caitlyn has a background in retail and customer service and she believes in a tailored approach to helping clients achieve their goals, leading to lasting customer relationships.

In her spare time, Caitlyn is usually found with her dog Louie, a labradoodle who loves cuddles and walks to the dog park. During these outings, Caitlyn enjoys listening to a range of music, with a particular fondness for Taylor Swift.

We've lost count of how many times we've worked with Melissa Long over the years, and every experience has been fantastic.
