Thomas is a Mortgage Lending Advisor working within the Mortgage Lending Advisory division and holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Financial Planning, and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting.

Thomas develops lending strategies and cash flow management solutions to help clients achieve financial independence, and ensure they are always in control of their debt. With a keen interest in personal wealth creation, Thomas began his career as a Financial Adviser in 2011, and a qualified Mortgage Broker in 2012. Over the course of 3 years, Thomas recognised the importance of debt management and how this gave clients options to build their wealth, and move towards achieving financial independence.

From 2014, Thomas has worked in a variety of lending roles including his own business, and a Mortgage Management firm. From 2016, he has been a keen Property Couch podcast listener, and he joined the Empower Wealth team in 2017.

Thomas is passionate about personal development and loves listening to podcasts, reading books, attending seminars, and maintaining his health and fitness. He also enjoys travel, music, and is a keen AFL and NFL supporter.
