Sanjay Rajendiran

Sanjay is an Associate Buyers Agent within the Buyers Agents division. He holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate and has over three years of experience as a senior property manager.

Born and raised in Melbourne after his parents migrated from India, Sanjay was exposed to the property market at a young age through his parents’ hard work and investment journey. His fascination with real estate began in childhood as he accompanied his parents to open houses and later shadowed local agents in South East Melbourne during his teenage years.

Over his time as a property manager, Sanjay honed his problem-solving and negotiation skills while developing a passion for client service. After discovering Empower Wealth and immersing himself in The Property Couch podcast, he eagerly seized the opportunity to apply his expertise in Buyers Advocacy. With a natural inclination towards helping others and building connections, coupled with his love for real estate, he sees the buyers advocate role as the perfect blend of both.

Outside of work, Sanjay engages in Muay Thai training, walks his dog, and socialises with friends and family. He also enjoys reading, listening to music, and exploring new restaurants and bars during his downtime.

Jake has again been Pivotal in helping us land the best lender for today and moving forward with our future property plans. He was always present and available to chat about anything, a genuinely nice guy. Thanks to the entire lending team who played a key role in organizing our finances, including Sanjay.
