Sam is the Customer Support Manager working within the Financial Planning team, and ensures the smooth running of the team’s day-to-day activities.

Sam takes pride in completing tasks in a timely manner and to the highest standard, and seeks to provide the highest level of service to our valued clients.

After beginning her career studying child care education and working within the child care industry, Sam moved into the financial planning industry in early 2012, where she worked as an ‘all-rounder’ in a boutique financial planning firm. Since then, she has enjoyed refining and improving her skills, and building her knowledge of the industry. She has recently begun studying for the Diploma of Financial Planning to further build her knowledge and skill set.

Sam and her partner have just begun building their property portfolio, having recently purchased their first house. She is excited about the opportunity to establish this as their home, and looks forward to expanding their portfolio with future investment property purchases down the track.

Family and friends are very important to Sam, including her three cats Tanner, Tizzy, and Milo, and she enjoys spending her spare time with them when possible. Sam also likes to relax by reading, shopping, and watching a good movie.

Victor, Sam, and the rest of the team has been a great help to me. They were very patient with me, and thoroughly explained things to me. They have also been very accommodating with my schedule. I really appreciate how they were very flexible and adapted to what I needed.

We really enjoyed the services provided by Victor, Sarah and Sam. We believe that it is an integral part of having a great financial adviser, particularly the advice on superannuation and insurance. Insurance is really not a sexy topic that gets enough attention and can really be an intimidating process to go through, however, we are thankful that we have the team assisting us with this process, and gave the peace of mind to sleep well at night.
