Sam Caton

Customer Support Manager

Sam is the Customer Support Manager working within the Financial Planning team, and ensures the smooth running of the team’s day-to-day activities.

Sam takes pride in completing tasks in a timely manner and to the highest standard, and seeks to provide the highest level of service to our valued clients.

After beginning her career studying child care education and working within the child care industry, Sam moved into the financial planning industry in early 2012, where she worked as an ‘all-rounder’ in a boutique financial planning firm. Since then, she has enjoyed refining and improving her skills, and building her knowledge of the industry. She has recently begun studying for the Diploma of Financial Planning to further build her knowledge and skill set.

Sam and her partner have just begun building their property portfolio, having recently purchased their first house. She is excited about the opportunity to establish this as their home, and looks forward to expanding their portfolio with future investment property purchases down the track.

Family and friends are very important to Sam, including her three cats Tanner, Tizzy, and Milo, and she enjoys spending her spare time with them when possible. Sam also likes to relax by reading, shopping, and watching a good movie.

Liz and Sam have been great. Liz was very flexible with her time, despite the time difference being in WA, she was very accommodating and was able to answer calls after hours.
