The Search Process

After eliminating several inner city properties, a stunning character home—a freestanding Victorian—was found in Kensington. A city-fringe property, it was full of natural light and close to different modes of transport and all the lifestyle amenities. And it grinned with capital growth potential! With it, Cameron could add a long-lasting property to his portfolio that would build passive income for life.
The property was secured at auction, thanks to Christa’s astute bidding tactics. Not long after the purchase, similar properties in the area were achieving higher prices, which was a warm comfort for Cameron, having trusted Christa’s experience in strategic investing. Many conversations continued during the settlement period of what had sold and what was comparative, and Cameron was now fully on board with his new investment strategy! Finally, a quality tenant was found within a week of settlement at a yield higher than anticipated, sealing the sweet spot between growth and yield.
