Matthew is a Mortgage Lending Advisor working within the Mortgage Lending Advisory division, and holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. Matthew develops finance strategies and cash flow management solutions to help clients grow their wealth.

With a keen interest in technology, Matthew began his career centered around the sales and service of professional computer equipment, and has most recently operated a successful IT training business, assisting people to achieve their desired outcomes with computers, tablets, and smartphones.

In 2005, Matthew started his personal property portfolio with his first purchase of investment property. With a desire to upgrade this interest to a profession, he joined a broking firm in 2006 where he was recognised as an accredited broker by the MFAA.

As a father of three, Matthew has great experience with what it means to run a family household, and appreciates the importance of forward planning to allow for necessary expenses such as education and extra-curricular activities, and of course the other “family necessities” such as holidays and birthdays. He sees the importance in continuing to grow his investment portfolio, not just for his own future, but as a solid foundation for his children’s.

In his spare time, Matthew continues to explore the new opportunities technology provides, particularly in the finance management field. He also has a keen automotive interest and enjoys staying in tune with what’s happening in the motoring industry.

I appreciate the professional work of Matthew Styles. He managed to complete a rather complicated loan by finding a solution that made the work possible.
